Odoo Experience 2026: Belgium’s biggest tech fair opens at Heysel

Here we go! On Thursday 24 September 2026, Odoo Experience opens at Brussels Expo on the Heysel plateau. Three days of what the organiser calls “Europe’s biggest tech & business event”, with free entry.
A giant fair in numbers
- 400+ exhibitors and 400+ talks
- 7 master classes and 4 live concerts
- More than 45,000 attendees expected
- Opening keynote by founder and CEO Fabien Pinckaers, unveiling Odoo 20
According to L’Echo, the fair costs €4.5 million, a small part of a €120 million marketing strategy, including €27 million for billboards.
Who is on stage?
Announced on the official site: Eden Hazard, former Red Devils captain, triple Olympic champion Nafissatou Thiam, creator Inoxtag, Micode, Hugo Travers (HugoDécrypte), Simon Puech, Average Rob, athlete Cynthia Bolingo, Jean-Charles Samuelian-Werve (Alan) and Rolf Driesen, CEO of Deloitte Belgium.
Odoo, a Belgian success story
Founded in 2002 in Walloon Brabant, Odoo develops an open-source suite of business apps: accounting, CRM, e-commerce, inventory, HR, website… In September 2025 the company was valued at €7 billion with 6,500 employees, 1,500 of them in Belgium (La Libre). Forbes Belgium reported a target of €1 billion in revenue by 2027.

Register on the official event page, then show your confirmation at the entrance.
- Basic Pass: free — talks, exhibition and workshops (no catering or evening events)
- Premium Pass 1 day: €155 online, €185 on site
- Premium Pass 3 days: €255 online, €285 on site — meals, 2 evening parties with open bar and 4 concerts
- CEO Pass: €480 — Premium benefits, Thursday lunch with Odoo’s leadership and CEO lounge
