The first eight restaurants and dishes are listed, including two Michelin-starred restaurants.

After Durbuy, Charleroi and Mons, Festifood RTL is coming to Brussels. Its first capital-city edition runs from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November 2026 at Place De Brouckère.

The festival combines Michelin-starred restaurants, Brussels institutions and Belgian classics. Entry is free; food and drinks are charged separately.

Eight chefs and eight dishes

Pré de Chez Vous * — Julien Malaisse: potato with foie gras, celery, truffle and warm foie gras;
Le Roannay * — Mathieu Vande Velde: lobster roll;
Alley Mian — Lingyuan Wei: Sichuan Dan Dan noodles;
Bouillon — Alexander Masson: grey shrimp croquettes with parsley coulis and lemon gel;
Maison Vincent — Christian Devrieze: pork cheek carbonnade;
La Taverne du Passage — Laurent Bonnarens: vol-au-vent;
Brasserie Bijgaarden — Maryem Barakat: pulled short ribs on a reblochon polenta cake;
Togâ — Léonie Guillemot: lemon and sage, financier, lemon crémeux and white-chocolate crisp.

Opening hours and offers

Thursday 5 November: 6 p.m.–midnight — dishes at €10 instead of €12;
Friday 6 November: noon–midnight — from noon to 4 p.m., two dishes and sparkling wine for €25 for businesses;
Saturday 7 November: noon–midnight — from 3 to 6 p.m., one free coffee with two desserts;
Sunday 8 November: noon–midnight — the same offer from 3 to 6 p.m.
