Some addresses open one door. This one opens two. On one side, Rue des Bouchers; on the other, the Galerie du Roi, at the heart of the Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries. In between: one building, one team, and a project that has just landed in central Brussels — Sina Pasta and Sinamisu, two concepts in one.
Two entrances, two worlds
On the Rue des Bouchers 36 side you walk into the trattoria: marble, raspberry velvet banquettes, Sicilian plates hung on the wall like paintings. On the Galerie du Roi 6 side you push open the door of Sinamisu, “the house of tiramisù”, with its golden window and lanterns glowing under the historic glass roof.
Two façades, two moods, one house. Lunch on one side, finish with a tiramisù on the other — or the other way round.
Fresh pasta, made by hand every morning
It has been the Sina signature for five years: the pasta is made by hand every day, on site. The flour comes from a mill in southern Italy, stone-milled the traditional way, and the dough is extruded through a bronze die, which gives the pasta its recognisable bite.
The rest follows the same logic: products imported directly from Italian producers, Belgian beef, eggs and poultry, Italian charcuterie. And a daily production calibrated to avoid, according to the house, 95 % of food waste.
The open kitchen, non-negotiable
At Sina the kitchen is never hidden. “In Italy, and especially in the south, the kitchen is inevitably the living room of the house,” the team explains. Here you watch the pasta hit the pan and you can ask the chef where the tartufata comes from. It is what makes this address feel alive from breakfast onwards.
Two rooms, a glass roof and an inner courtyard
The second room may be the best surprise: a glass-roofed veranda opening onto a planted inner courtyard, marble tables, a flowered bench, bistro chairs. Right in central Brussels, it is a pocket of calm two minutes from the Grand-Place.
And in the middle of the main room stands a piece of history: an old bronze press, preserved and staged, now the visual signature of the place.
Non-stop kitchen, and breakfast from 7am
More good news for the city centre: the kitchen runs non-stop. And the day starts early, thanks to the partnership with the Hôtel des Galeries: breakfast is served from 7am to 10am Monday to Friday, and 7.30am to 10.30am at weekends. Savoury bruschette from €15.90 to €18.90, brioche French toast at €12.90, full sets at €21.90 and €23.90, unlimited hot drinks.
A deliberately fair menu
It is a stated principle: “in the end it is only flour, water and eggs”. Pasta therefore starts at €14.90 (aglio, olio e peperoncino; arrabbiata) and goes up to €22.50 (salmon & courgette-mint cream). In between: bolo at €16.50, carbonara at €16.90, vongole at €20.90, pesto di pistacchio at €19.90. A bambino menu at €10 (dish + drink + dessert) for children.
And to finish: traditional tiramisù at €7.50, house pistachio version at €8.90, cannoli at €6. That is where Sinamisu takes over.
Coming soon: Sina Espresso Sainte-Catherine
The story does not stop at the galleries. The house has announced the upcoming opening of Sina Espresso in Sainte-Catherine: the same world in a faster format, designed for workers, students and anyone who wants fresh pasta without spending two hours over it. A company named SINA SAINTE CATHERINE is already registered with the Belgian business register.

The gallery

The other entrance: Sinamisu, Galerie du Roi 6
The house has two doors. On rue des Bouchers 36 you push open Sina’s door: fresh pasta, open kitchen, colourful plates. Walk through the building and you step out under the glass roof of the Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries, at Galerie du Roi 6 — home to the second sign, Sinamisu, devoted to tiramisu.
Two separate companies, two signs, one place: SINA LES GALERIES (BE 1038.825.557) and SINAMISU LES GALERIES (BE 1038.826.151). Inside Sinamisu, the chilled display lines up big trays sold by the slice: classic, lemon-basil, speculoos crowned with a caramelised waffle — plus the golden takeaway boxes.
The move: come in from rue des Bouchers for the plate, leave through Galerie du Roi for dessert. Or the other way round.
