In short

  • Sinamisu is a house devoted to tiramisu at 6 Galerie du Roi inside the Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries.
  • Floriane meets new Brussels hospitality entrepreneurs and discovers eight handmade creations.
  • The classic draws on the nonna’s family recipe and is served alcohol-free.

Some discoveries lift your mood instantly. Sinamisu is one of them.

At the heart of the Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries, I went to meet new hospitality entrepreneurs who chose Brussels to bring their project to life. I found a welcoming place devoted entirely to tiramisu, a passionate team and absolutely delicious creations.

From Sina Pasta to the House of Tiramisu

Sinamisu grew out of the Sina Pasta team, known for handmade fresh pasta. After savoury food, the team devoted an entire address to dessert. The first Sinamisu counter opened at 6 Galerie du Roi. Tiramisu is not merely the end of the meal here: it is the reason to visit.

The nonna’s recipe

The classic draws on the nonna’s family recipe. Sinamisu’s tiramisu is served without alcohol: coffee, mascarpone and cocoa come together in a recipe designed to be widely shared.

Eight ways to rediscover tiramisu

Alongside coffee and cocoa, Sinamisu offers pistachio, hazelnut praline, speculoos, stracciatella, red berries, lemon and basil, plus a version inspired by the Liège waffle. Italian flavours meet playful nods to Belgium.

I was taken with the range of textures and careful presentation. Lemon and basil bring freshness, pistachio and hazelnut praline pure indulgence, while speculoos and waffle evoke Brussels and Belgium. Here, it is more than tiramisu: it is pure art. The lemon-and-basil creation, presented like something precious in its black case, makes that perfectly clear.\n\n

In the heart of the Royal Galleries

Beneath the historic glass roof, Sinamisu offers a sweet pause in central Brussels, only steps from Grand-Place. Visitors can watch the team’s meticulous work and explore the creations before choosing.

Why I fell for it

I genuinely fell for this tiramisu paradise. The creations are delicious, the team shares its craft with passion, and every flavour invites you to rediscover this great Italian dessert. I love how this project makes Brussels shine: respecting a family story while daring to try new combinations.
