The house
A 1726 house. Behind the heritage façade: a sculpted rock wall, a rain of blown glass, solid oak.
The kitchen
Ukrainian chef Serhii Denisov cooks over live fire, short supply chain and zero waste — down to the small herb greenhouse inside the restaurant. In Hutsul, “Molfar” refers to Carpathian figures with supernatural powers.
